Years ago, back around the year 2012, me and my best friend were watching YouTube videos. Sharing our favorites back and forth, music, funny video’s etc. Eventually he showed me a video that would impact me for the rest of my life. It was a Christina Grimmie cover! At that point, I had never seen someone with that much talent actively posting on YouTube, along with being so personable and relatable. From that point on, I was a super fan, watching and keeping up with whatever she posted, and being active in the community. Christina provided something I sorely needed at that time in my life, someone positive to look up to, and being a inspiring role model. I always imagined her as the older sister I never had. And she continues to inspire me, even today.
